Merry Christmas 2005

I started my message with Merry Christmas!  Then I had to change it to "Happy New Year!! Now I am even later than that.  Oh Well - Better late than never....Thanks to Scott and Caroline for the "gentle" prodding.

I read my opening page from last year and all I can say is DITTO. We are all still extremely busy and Louise and I are doing little else other than taxi the kids around to all their activities. The kids are getting older, taller and smarter (at least they think so --- or maybe Louise and I are getting dumber).

Laura is finishing up her AMA driving lessons, and hopes to get her license in January or February. Im not sure how I feel about that and it will be expensive with insurance rates the way they are, but it should relieve at least some of the driving..

Spencer is also growing up - he is in grade 8 now. He hopes to get his learners permit March 14 --  Yikes!

Merry Christmas from Laura, Louise, Cline, Ted and Spencer

During the past 4 months, we have had the pleasure of hosting Cline, who is a rotary exchange student from Belgium. She is attending the Camrose High School with Laura and has been a part of our family since August. She is in Canada for a full year, but will be moving to a different home in January. We will continue to see her often until August 06 when she heads home.

Throughout the year, I have been putting many of our family photo's on a "photo sharing" website.  The photo's are organized in "Sets" with different topics.  The best way to view the sets is to first click on the set, and then click on "View as Slideshow".  You can view all of my sets at www.flickr.com/photos/iamted  . There are also links directly to several of the "slideshows" in the following pages.  You can also download any photo on my "Flickr.com" site, but you have to sign up for a free membership first.  If you have trouble - give me a call or send me an email.

(I just found out that if you have a program that blocks pop-ups - the external links on my site won't work.  You can either click the button on your browser to "Allow Pop-Ups", or copy the link and paste it directly into your browser.)

I hope you enjoy our webpage / Christmas message again this year. It will give you an idea of what we have been up to.

We had a great year, and everyone is healthy and happy.  We hope that you have also had a great year! Merry Christmas and Best Wishes in 2006.

Ted
