Paulette drove Bernie and Carmen out for a couple of visits, and Bernie and Carmen made the trip themselves a few more times. It is always a pleasure to have them here.

We welcomed our new grandniece Sylvie to the family. She is the daughter of Micky's daughter Kit and her husband Justin.

Our friends Cam and Brittany, not only announced their engagement, but also had their fist child, Callie. She is a big hit, Callie seems to enjoy boating as much as Cam!

| Our friends Neal and Sandy got a new dog. He is a very friendly (almost too friendly) pup, named Cooper. He is going to be huge when he grows up!

Some of our friends, including Andreas and Sue came out for a day of Kite and Wing skiing on the lake last winter. It is always great to have friends visit!

| Our most significant Rotary Project this year was the construction of a community pavilion with historical panels describing the history of the Camrose valley. Shirley Rostad was the key to getting the project both initiated and completed. Great work Shirley!

Windsurfing Friends

In spite of COVID, my windsuring friends and I had a pretty good year. Early in the season they came to our place (our lake thaws a few weeks earlier than some of the bigger lakes); and then later in the year, I made the trip to Pigeon, Wabamun, and Lac La Biche, to sail with them. Lots of fun!
