We all went to Marmot Basin to Board in March. Both
Louise and I skied at Marmot a lot with family when we were growing
up. Neither of us had been there for years - so it was kind of like
coming home. We had a great trip and lots of fun (at least until the
last day, when Louise was cut off by an "old guy", caught an edge
and fell backwards. She spilt open her helmet, and passed out. It was
quite a ride down the hill in the sled, and then head first down the winding
road to Banff. It was two or three days later when she started feeling
good again. Quite a scare - but all turned out OK :<)

Hornby Island - Click Here for More Photos When we got to Scott and Carolyn's on the way to Nitinat - the weather was socked in. They invited us to visit Carolyn's parent's cabin on Hornby Island. We had lots of fun (in the rain!) Thanks to Brenda, Herman, Scott and Carolyn for their hospitality. It saved the trip.

| We finally made it in to Nitinat. The weather cleared, but only for a few days. We got in some sailing - and had lots of fun with our Nitinat friends. |

Laura proved that she is putting her studying skills to work while away at university..... for the first time I can remember she can beat Spencer at a video game. Apparently her room mate also has Guitar Hero - and she has been playing it a lot.... Even so... no one was as good as Fallon |
