Merry Christmas 2017!
Merry Christmas! Welcome once again to our family web page / Christmas message. If this is your first time, you should know that we put this site together every year to keep friends and family up to date on our family. It is also a great keepsake for us, as we can look back through the years. This is year 18. Hard to believe! Retirement continues to keep me very busy. It is hard to believe it has now been more than two years since I pulled the pin with the City. I continue to do some consulting and also some traveling. Louise is enjoying her reduced work week, and may retire in 2018. Laura is home after spending almost two years in the UK, and she is looking forward to spending some time with family over Christmas. (She hasn't been home for Christmas since 2014.) Spencer continues to enjoy a life full of Snowboarding, Skidooing, Motorcycling, Wakesuring, Slowpitch and Volleyball. You can read each of our stories, and also about our "Other" trips and activities, by clicking on the links below. This year, I started putting this website together early. As I write this it is November 28th, but this is only the front page. There is lots of work to do gathering photos and putting together the stories. I wonder if I will be finishing it up on Christmas Eve or Boxing Day like I normally do. I guess we will see. As always, it is fun going through all of our photos, but hard to pick out only a few for this site. Also like last year, my photos of Laura and Spencer are scarce. I have some of Laura from our visit to Scotland this past summer, but Spencer has been pretty independent, and doesn't post on facebook like Laura does, so I can't even steal photos from there.
