At the end of July, the City and the Camrose Flying Club hosted the Snowbirds and the Golden Hawlk. It was a beautiful day and I managed to be front row center for the show (actually in front of the announcer's stand, so there was no one in front of me! It was one of the "tightest" shows I have seen.
The next weekend, Louise, Laura and I headed to Cold Lake to watch the annual Cold Lake Airshow. Ina and Ray were gratious hosts! We enjoyed our visit with them as much as the Airshow!

One of the nice things about living where we do, a community with many pilots, is that occasionally we can enjoy a show right at home while sitting on our front deck. Our friend and neighbour, Blain, was having fun with his Harvard Mark IV one fine summer afternoon....
