Flying with Dad...
I didn't seem to have much time for flying my RC planes this year, but I did get out with Dad a few times to the St. Albert field.
His Parkinson's has made it very difficult for him to fly, but we rigged a trainer system, so that I can take over anytime his shakes get too bad.
This seems to work pretty well, makes his flying a lot more stress free, because if he starts to shake, he just tells me to take over and land the plane.
We have some very nice afternoons and evenings at the field. Even if Dad was didn't feel like going out, he always seemed to enjoy himself once we got there!
Dad has some great friends in the club, who are always ready to talk about flying, or old days....
